Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

Welcome to our Vehicle Rental Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking or operating any vehicle from our fleet. By completing a reservation or signing a rental contract with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Driver Qualifications & Identification

To rent and operate a vehicle, the primary driver and any additional authorized drivers must meet the following criteria at the time of pickup:

Age Requirement: Drivers must be at least 21 years of age. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a daily "Young Driver Fee."

Driver’s License: A valid, unexpired driver’s license held for at least 12 consecutive months is required. International hirers must present a valid passport along with an International Driving Permit (IDP) if their national license is not in English or the local language.

Identification & Credit Card: Renter must present a valid government-issued photo ID/passport and a major credit card in the primary renter’s name.

2. Payment, Security Deposit & Authorization

Rental Rates: All rental rates include basic maintenance and statutory third-party liability insurance unless specified otherwise.

Security Deposit: A temporary security hold (deposit) will be placed on the primary renter’s credit card at pickup. This amount covers potential incidentals, damage deductibles, missing fuel, traffic fines, or late fees.

Deposit Release: The deposit hold will be released upon the safe, timely return of the vehicle in its original condition, subject to processing times by your issuing bank.

3. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

Vehicles must be operated in a safe, lawful manner.

Prohibited Uses:

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any substance inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Violators will be charged a $250 deep-cleaning fee.

Geographic Restrictions:

4. Fuel Policy & Mileage Allowance

Fuel Policy (Full-to-Full): Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling administrative fee.

Mileage Allowance: Unless "Unlimited Mileage" is specified in your rental contract, a standard daily mileage limit applies. Mileage driven in excess of this limit will be billed at a set per-mile/per-kilometer rate upon return.

5. Insurance, Damage & Liability

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Optional CDW coverage reduces the renter's financial responsibility for damage to the rental vehicle, subject to a fixed deductible/excess.

Exclusions: CDW does not cover damage resulting from gross negligence, breach of rental terms, undercarriage damage, tire damage, cracked windshields, lost keys, or interior stains/burns unless premium protection is selected.

Renter Responsibility: The renter remains fully liable for the full cost of repair or total value of the vehicle if damage occurs as a result of prohibited use or breach of contract.

6. Traffic Violations, Tolls & Fines

Renter Responsibility: The renter is solely responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, speeding fines, and toll charges incurred during the rental period.

Administrative Fee: If the company receives a traffic violation or toll charge associated with the vehicle during your rental period, an administrative processing fee (e.g., $30 per ticket) will be added to the fine amount charged to your card.

7. Vehicle Return & Late Fees

Return Location & Time: The vehicle must be returned to the agreed-upon location, on the specified date and time.

Late Return Policy: A grace period of 29 minutes is allowed. Returns exceeding the grace period without prior extension approval will incur a full day's rental charge plus an additional late return fee.

Condition at Return: Vehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive interior dirt, pet hair, or trash requiring professional detailing will incur an additional cleaning charge.

8. Accidents, Breakdown & Theft

Immediate Notification: In the event of an accident, mechanical breakdown, or theft, the renter must immediately contact local law enforcement (if applicable) and our customer emergency line.

Police Report: A valid police accident/theft report is required for all insurance claims. Failure to obtain a police report may void insurance coverage and leave the renter fully liable.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation: Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup or "No Shows" will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental rate.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws and regulations. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
